Terms of Service - AllureFit

I. Prohibited Content (User Generated Content)

Content that is prohibited in AllureFit clothes generation:

  1. Sexually Explicit Content (for example sex acts, sexually suggestive poses, child sexual abuse imagery)
  2. Violence and dangerous activities (for example realistic violence, or violence threats to a person or animal)
  3. Content that facilitates threats, harassment or bullying
  4. Hate speech
  5. Content that promotes illegal activities (for example sale or purchase of illegal drugs)
  6. We don’t allow content that infringes copyright.

Additional prohibited use cases:

  1. Non-consensual or third-party images: You may upload and use only images of yourself. You are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, modifying, or processing images of other individuals unless you have obtained their explicit prior written consent.
  2. “Nudify / Undress” use: The Service must not be used to remove clothing, simulate nudity, generate nude or partially nude images, or otherwise depict individuals in a sexualized or explicit manner.
  3. Attempts to bypass safeguards: Users must not attempt to bypass, manipulate, or evade the Service’s safety systems, filters, or content moderation mechanisms (including indirect, misleading, or coded prompts).
  4. The Service must not be used with images of minors. Any uploading, generation, modification, or processing of images depicting individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, regardless of context or intent.

All photos containing the above content will be removed from our Service. Images that are flagged as potentially violating these Terms of Use may be reviewed locally by automated systems on your device. If a violation is confirmed, the content will be blocked or removed from the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Service if a user violates these Terms of Use. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, the suspension may be temporary or permanent.

II. User Responsibilities and Permissions

  1. You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the images you upload, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and written consents from the individuals appearing in the images.
  2. You are solely responsible for any content you upload and for ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, and intellectual property rights. The Service is provided as a tool only. You are solely responsible for how you use it, including the content you upload and how you use the resulting images, including whether you save, share, publish, or otherwise distribute them.
  3. The Service is intended to comply with applicable laws and platform policies (including Google Play policies). Any use that violates these policies is strictly forbidden.

III. Your Account

The Service does not require registration. You can use the app directly without creating an account, and we therefore do not collect or store your account information.

IV. Use of the Content

  1. Content generated by users using AI is owned by the user.
  2. The generated content is not stored on AllureFit servers.
  3. AllureFit holds copyrights for the clothing designs available in the app.

AllureFit does not endorse, promote, or encourage the creation of sexual, explicit, or non-consensual content. Any misuse of the Service is the sole responsibility of the user.
